With possibility of relocating to California I am looking for some information on general hunting within Zone A South unit 110. It will be temporary and most likely as a non-resident. In researching there seems to be both OTC deer hunts and draw tags issued, but it’s a bit confusing. I know access will be an issue but mostly right now need to know if I can hunt yearly with OTC for bucks.

Yes, it never sells out and archery opens in a few days. Vast majority of the deer there are killed on private.
