6a7c215a60a4d761687f4613a51bc7ba.jpg my dads first buck 4 years ago on opening day. It was kinda funny my dad told me to wait for him to yell for me when he found the deer so he goes up the hill about 100 yards and I look over and not 10 feet from me the deer is dead as door nail. That was the day I realized I was going to hunt til the day I die

I was going thru the hunting and fishing scrapbook today and found this gem of me when I was 3 or 4. I remember my dad always used to like to see if I was bigger or the fish was bigger. then on day he said he was probably never going to spear a fish bigger than me then the next day he speared a wsb that was 65 lbs

Trip to Northwest territories 1992.
The bear kept coming into camp and stealing anything he could get a hold of while we were out fishing.. He even bit holes in the inflatable boats while we were sleeping at night. (If you can call it night, never got very dark.) We had a shotgun that the shells were loaded with rubber balls. This bear took one on his nose from my uncle (Beartracks) @ 30 yards. Didn't see him again the rest of the trip.
