Old pictures of days gone past are always enjoyable for us young-ins to see what happen during the good old days that Dad always talked about. Here are some Muley that fell with the new 30.06 rifles which was the talk of the town after they had been used to shooting the military 12 pound 30-40 Krag from the military or the saddle rifle lever action 30-30.

The pictures show the bounty of the successful hunters. What it doesn't show was the few hours that people had to go hunting. just survivin could be imagined if we stay at a rustic cabin in the mountains for the weekend. It is a nice outing but returning home is like moving forward with the Jetsons.
