how come we both look so different?

i miss finger tabs and my old hoyt spectra light wood limb compound.
 
How about some upland.....Stockton pheasants, 1970 and 1st gambels from Valerie Jean (Salton Sea), 1972.

1st honker.....1970......From what is now called Union Trac. Back then it was owned by the Elmore family.....Gun of choice was a Charles Daly O/U with 00 buck (didn't know any better..... :D)

1st limit of bull sprig (7) and snows (3), 1975.....These were shot in old F 7, 8, & 15.....Across the street from present day Hazard 3 & 5......Gun of choice was my trusty Rem 2 3/4" 870......Winchester Baby Mags in Lead 4's.....Deadly!

1st limit of ducks from the Upper Owens River, 1966.....Had no idea what I had shot (really nice that you didn't have to worry about it... :-[).....As I recall now (& see).There were widgeon, gadwalls, and mallards (7).....Gun of choice was my Browning A-5 Humpback......#6 duck & pheasant loads.....Hunting chukar in the same general area...... ;)

1992 Archery pig with my PSE. (did you read that IM yes it says PSE) PSE carbon arrows with feathers and Rocky Mountain Ironheads.

My throwback Thursday is a picture of me with my dads first buck. It was on that day that I realized I wanted to be a hunter for the rest of my life. That was my dads first buck and since then me and my dad have killed one every single year since then.
 
Great pic, Luke....... 8)

You'll always remember that day.......Just as I have of dad's 1st deer with my sister and I, 60 years ago.
