You don't hunt them because you want quality table meat but because they live in tough country and are hard to get near to.

Honestly my Audad was one of the best game animals I have eaten it was a real sweet meat. I ground most of it into taco and breakfast meat and I wish I would have left more steaks and roast. When I get one again I will treat it with the same cuts I would a deer. We shot 4 no one had any complaints a lot of people call them piss sheep but that wasn’t our experience.
