massive! I stepped on one today in Hawaii scared the snot out of me. No where near as aggressive as our CA pigs.

I am taking an open sight 30-30 marling and my bow to AK this year to hunt sitka black tails. The long range thing has kind of been turning me off the past few years. I like the challenge/process more than the kill.

Went down to Sonora for 10 days last week. The ranch was kind of a bust 8 tags were filled but no giants were seen. I ended up dumping a decent 3x4 with the 30-06 at 300yds. The high shoulder shot with the 151g Hammers dropped it in its tracks. Definitely not the caliber of buck I was after...
