Fellas I’ve worn Salomon for work and around the house but as of late quality has dropped. I’m looking for a new boot that is well ventilated for light work (chores around the house) ect. I love my Crispi’s and tried their lightweight Monaco but doesn’t fit the bill for work/house duties. What are you guys using?

Salomon and Crispi user here also. Same thoughts.

I recently picked up a pair of Hoka's. They seem very decent so far. Light and good grip like the Salomon but seems built better. I am still not sure how long they will last though. There is only so much durability with the light stuff.

For work around the house? Shit, I wear anything..
If you are hiking and staying on trails, any pair of trail runners work well.
I used to have this idea that I needed boots for hiking but a good pair of trail runners are great. Ankle high trail runners even better.
I like these:
