    Own a 6.5crd. Should I consider a 7MM?

6.5 is perfect for CA and 7mm/30cal is perfect for out of state. I think you're all set, especially if you shoot them well.

    Back in the US

That's cool man. Props for putting something like that together. I was talking to a guy who wanted to do Alaska but after running the numbers he could hunt Africa multiple times over for the same price.

    Turkey rookie

It is what you make it. My first bird I was so happy I was shaking (I was pretty young). My first public land bird came quite a few years after and is just as big of a trophy as any elk, bear, deer, pig or anything else I've killed.

    Hammer Reloading

This is cool, keep us posted. I want to see some terminal performance on things with hair also. It would be interesting to see what the 80gr does for penetration.

    Mini bikes

I'd punch "Honda XR" into facebook marketplace and craigslist. They are air-cooled and dead reliable. That said, you can rent E-Bikes. That may be a good option to try out first.

    Mini bikes

Clutching can be a little funky on them. If you find one for a good deal you could try it out, if not, sell it. A small dirtbike with real gears might do you better also. Xr80 or similar if you want something small/easy.

Yup. Scariest experience I've had in the woods was dealing with another "hunter," not when I was bluff charged by a bear....

You did the right thing. Don't get discouraged, its just the way things are sometimes.
