Have not purchased the GPS chip yet. Not sure if I want to now. I have been getting away with using my phone to figure out BLM land while in the car so the phone stays plugged in. The GPS is just a back up for getting back to truck in case I get disoriented. I also bring along a spare battery...

I sent an email to ONX support. They replied in a timely manner. They said its an update issue. I got instructions stating to sync my tracks and waypoints manually then update the app on my phone. I then logged in to the online version and......still the same issue. I checked my phone software...
