So the pig was hanging at 52lbs total meat removed after smoking was 25 1/4lbs.

Direct smoke from underneath. I'll have a pile of coals in each corner, So I wont have direct heat under the pig for the most part. I'm going to use Peach wood for the Smoke. The good thing is, If i don't like how this works It'll be easy to add a smoke box to one of the ends.
