    D15 Alert!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FIRE FIRE FIRE

Yea it sucks, i had a d14 rifle tag, was going to archery D15. Heading to D16 next weekend to see if I can salvage the season. I though i saw somewhere you can turn in a tag if the zone is a certain % shut down and get my points back. D14 may fall into that category now, will have to check.

    D15 They do Exist

Yea lots more day users than D16, not going to be able to road hunt it, to close to millions of people. You can either go early, or go farther in. 5am to 10am and you will have the place to yourself usually. My cameras usually pick up most hikers in the evenings, hardly any early morning and...

    Nixon Fire

Last time it burned does not show on any maps so its been along time. I dont think it will cross the 79, burning away with the current wind, it will clean it up for sure which is a good thing and the containment line will be a nice addition depending on where they stop it. They may also have to...

    Nixon Fire

Looks like the Nixon Fire about to cross into Northern San Diego. If it gets into the beauty mountain area its going to burn scorched earth hot, so thick in there, both sides of the trails is literally like a wall of brush you couldnt even machete through. Much needed just hope they can protect...

    D15 They do Exist

Went and checked my D15 cameras today. Few and far between but found a few deer. Seem to have really long necks compared to the other zones I have been in, at least a few of them did. Grumpy old man for scale.

    Assassination attempt

Yea with Paul Ryan. That was the old Republican Guard, the ones in there now are more aligned. The first time around the old republicans were just as leary as the democrats were or Trump.

    Assassination attempt

Drill Baby Drill! If the republicans can take the house, senate, and white house they can put together some policy that might actually stick instead of being unwound everytime there is a new administration. Maybe another supreme court pick. There is no such thing as bad PR, if a couple of...
