I found 6 bucks this am. 1 was with a bunch of does and really not paying any attention to them, the other five were all solo.

I'm not getting paid!! Probably done guiding for the year unless we get a o.t.c. client. I've got a buddy with a tag and my kid has one as well.

well it looks like the deer rut hasn't kicked in to gear yet. they are looking rutty just not acting rutty yet.we got a good storm coming tomorrow and the temps are dropping so we'll see what happens here in the next few days..

Well today's the last day of the hunt. The bulls been getting to the treeline earlier and earlier everyday. Glasses up 3 bulls this am and ran 2 miles trying to cut em off, we got our exercise in again today!!! Still hunting, NBK is going to download a few more pics ...

Well we found the bull we hit on Saturday.Had him at 1000 yards and he winded another hunter, ran across the RR tracks and got killed by a damn road hunter. He was what we thought he was, 380.. So we're still hunting....

Yuup no news is bad news, never found him. Ysdy was fair we saw 6 different bulls but nothing worth chasing. This am was a bit better, we found 8 bulls in a herd, 5 were definite shooters with a SMOKER in the group. The big bull was every bit of 380 but the herd hit the Jupiter flats before we...

Update... Went two miles from the area I found the bulls over the weekend and hit the jackpot.saw more than 40 bulls in about a 3 sq mile flat
