This pretty much sums up my season so far. I have a-22 and a d-16 tag in my pocket.... I just had a doe with a fawn and a 9" spike at 12yards! The 3 things I wont shoot and I only get those so far! lol

Just put a barn up somewhere. That should keep him out.

7 doe total. Its getting tough out there. I haven't seen a deer while rifle hunting with bone in 4 weeks!! Last weekend I had a forky at 130 yards and I had my bow in my hand... go figure right. Repacking my bag then off to bed. 3am comes quick. I'll be tree-hugging tomorrow.

Nothing but 4 doe so far. Just polished off a 5 hour energy for the final few hours.

Glad it wasn't just us yesterday! We easily glasses for 8+ hours yesterday and saw our first doe at 6:15 PM! This morning we saw a total of 5 bucks (2 forks, 2 spikes and a ?) and 10+ doe all in the same area we glasses the day before. Unfortunately the bucks we not what we were looking for.

I've looked through some $300 Vortex that were very nice. I love my Cabelas (metopa) euro's. Also, a tripod will make a good pair of binos great.
