    Used krylon camo for the khaki, green, and black. Couldnt find a flat dark grey so I used krylon grey primer.

    Thanks guys. I found a good sample of the Kuiu Vias that I liked and separated the colors in photoshop. Printed each one out on a shipping label sticker paper. Cut em out and went to town. Started with the khaki as the base, gray was next, then the olive, and finally the black.

    Just got done spray painting the stock to my Ruger American. Still needs a clear matte coat. A couple flaws and mistakes but pretty happy with how it came out.

    Because the hunting regulations run from July 1st to June 30th I dont think youll see any new regs until the end of June.

    Euro mount skull...dipped in paint

    There are a ton of videos on youtube. The only thing I would say is make sure the water is about 70 - 75 degrees or so. Cold water makes the paint clump up quick.

    Was gonna do this as a regular euro mount but at the last minute decided to do something different. Hydrodip using spray paint. First time trying it and love the look. It may not be everyone's cup of tea but I think it looks cool. Tried to keep the colors to a minimum and leave plenty of white...

    Good luck on your brush country hunts Cali!. Ive got a cool little spot that Ill be hunting for the 2nd half of A-22. Seen some bucks in there in the 1st half but not close enough for a shot.
