Unfortuately most waterfowl boot foot waders are insulated. Most mfgs have standardized on 1200g. The only ones that i've found that don't have boot insulation are the cheap ones on amazon, typically non breathable.

1200g+ insulation boots have fit me true to size. 800g or less boot insulation I go down a size like HND early season.

I don't have any experience with this particular model, but it frequently takes time (500-1000 rds) for actions to wear in. Same with break actions and most metal to metal mechanical parts
