I caught some bluefin on Monday and filleted it up. I decided to try my hand at some sushi. I think it came out pretty good. It tasted even better. Even got the wife's approval,kids not so much. :)

Went camping out at santee lakes last weekend and took the kids fishing for some bluegill. It was nonstop action as soon and the mealworm hit the water and i couldn't keep up with these 2 anglers. They had a blast and needless to say, i did too.

Any of you guys use a retractable tether for your rangefinder in the field. I'm looking for a quiet option and heard that the Nikon one was noisy and not worth it. I'm tired of having that thing stuck in my pocket and trying to pull it out everytime i need it. Thoughts?

Just got into this site a little while ago. I was refered by a friend and so far i'm stoked with it. Into all types of hunting but mostly bow hunting big game and wingshooting. Can't wait to dig deeper into the site.
