Banded Ducks from San J and Wister

Free 150 qt (I think) cooler

Trying to get rid of this cooler. Its in good shape, solid inside and out, just needs a cleaning and also new latches, which can be had for $10 on Amazon. It still fully shuts and keeps things cold though. Good one for birds, fish, bait, whatever. So if anyone is relatively near to Escondido...

    First Time San Jacinto

Thanks. I thought about that, and I was wondering, can you still use lead at the trap ranges? If so, I have a few hundred 7 1/2 or 8 shot dove loads in lead collecting dust in my safe. Was thinking of hitting a trap range with those. Also, my problem is I get excited and don't get down on the...

    First Time San Jacinto

Well, decided to try San J for the first time yesterday, getting there about 10 to do a refill. I know the afternoon shooting had been very slow, but Figured if I was going to get skunked I'd rather drive 1 hour to do so than 3 to the valley. And, i figured this would be a good scouting run for...

    San Jacinto afternoon sweat line?

Are the blinds you have to wade 2 better blinds? My son is 15 and has chest waders so that's not an issue. If my 11 year old went he wouldn't have any but I'm not sure if he will. All 3 of us would be shooting though so do we all need passes? Or just the adult? Thanks for the other replies...

    San Jacinto afternoon sweat line?

So if I want to take the kid this Saturday, just for a first trip up there, I would just need to show up before 2? What would you say the odds are we can get on for an afternoon hunt? Even if we don't get anything, it would still be nice to see the club and go poke around. And if I do decide to...

    San Jacinto afternoon sweat line?

Just curious, I could swear I heard about guys getting on in the afternoon when other people have left for the day. Is that correct? If so, how does it work, what time do you show up, how do they organize the sweat line, etc.? Wondering if its worth giving it a try one of these days if I can't...

    Barrett Lake 2021

Hey, just curious, anyone been down to Barrett lately? I just sent an email to see if there are any dates left. Just went down to the valley today for zero birds. Figure if I'm going to get skunked, would rather do it locally.......lol.
