    Ammo shortage

    What the shortage is doing is forcing CA hunters to AZ for dove, as they still allow lead shot for upland game. I have a fairly large supply of 28ga. lead, and it's hard to find steel in 28 anywhere right now. Also can't find the steel shot to be able to reload any of my empties.

    I use the soy vey teryaki on the bluefin and yellowfin tyna that i catch and sear on the barbque

    What's your non-popper dove recipe?

    I always make a dove strogonoff. Put the breasts in a dutch oven, add cream of celery and cream of mushroom soup to cover, bake for an hour, covered, add sour cream, cook another 20 min. uncovered, ready to go. Serve over noodles or brown rice.
