Most definitely fun is on top of the list...I just want to find the ammo that might work best. I hate injuring birds or any game for that matter..clean kill is what I like.

My Mossberg SA-20 also recommends to shoot 1oz loads. I have shot all kinds and never had a jam..so I think the manual is just playing it safe.
