I agree with most of what they said, but not having the Remington 870 in there and having a single shot gun are where I disagree.......2 cents

I agree, it's hard to mention the 500 and not the 870 in any hunting situation.

I love my stoger 3500 3 1/2" magnum turkey loads with the turkey choke puts a nice pattern even at 40 yds. I love that gun just a tad heavy.
