Heated a little oil in the cast iron skillet 2 minutes on each side, put on an onion bun with Siriachi Mayonaise, fresh cole slaw, avocado slices, a squeeze of lime and a couple fried sweet Maui onion rings.
Not too bad, definitely different than the usual....
