Anniversary Dinner

Wife wanted steaks and clam chowder for our 14th wedding anniversary dinner.

I smoked some elk back straps then hit them with the reverse sear on the grill and topped with with some homemade chimichurri and served with a side of roasted asparagus. Also made some homemade clam chowder.

The wife and daughters loved it.
