Still been eating through doves, bunnies, and ducks but finally got around to fixing up some venison backstrap for Sunday dinner. Went fancy with some grilled veggies, baked tater, shrimp skewers, and a sauce to top it off. Diet starts next year..
Sounds like quite the wild game diet Jason! I need to get on that level! I've got a little bit of ground elk and elk linguisa and some deer steaks in the freezer but I try to save that stuff for special dinners..
