Is that the lower Colorado river, and how far down. I hunted down there in the 70’s and 80’s, had a trailer at the last camp on the river, lots of fond memories and lots of ducks and dove. Limit were 25 during the week and 35 on the week end. We had a dock for our boat and 2 friends had air boats just next to us,

My family has a spot on the CO river, not too far from Havasu. Never occurred to me to use that as home base to hunt out of...

Lots of opportunities out that way for the bird hunter....D-12 is a draw and tough to hunt.

Love it. After countless tweaks and variations over the seasons, that is the dog boot setup I ended up with most of the time when in cacti or bad rocks. Same brand booties, todler socks, and wrapped with duct tape. Miss my dog...need to get another one.
