Bear skat! What is it eating ?

hello all! Already filled my bear tag up north in B zone, got lucky with the bow. While deer hunting up in d11 I’m noticing some stuff in the skat. This is my first year deer/bear hunting. Newbie to what they are feeding on. Can anyone tell me what it is ? Was fresh maybe night before or morning of. Found it around 5pm
