Took a buddy out to try and get him a fox or coyote because he hasn't got anything this year yet. I called all night and nothing. The last stand of the night I caught eyes to my left and could tell it was a cat. My buddy had a shotgun and didn't have a tag so I moved around a hill and spotted it after it winded us and was on the move. My buddy started kissing at it and it held up 91 yards away on a rocky hill. I pulled the trigger and lights out. DRT!! It didn't go an inch. This is my biggest cat by far. Super excited. Shot it with 50gr.Vmax. Obviously not the first choice for pelts but there was no damage at all. I am 6'3" so that shows how long this girl is.

That's a really nice cat. Super white belly and bold black spots. Big cat too congratulations.

Keep at it. Not much time left in the season. I've called in 3 this year and took 2. Use sounds that you would never think of using. They have heard birds and rabbits too much

Congrats. I missed an off-hand shot at 250 yards at a bobcat at dawn Saturday. He saw me as I scrolled the hill still-hunting for coyotes. I didn't see his dark coat till he moved. He wasn't in a big hurry (till I shot at him, that is), but he was moving toward the brush so I didn't have time to range him or to find a rest. Glad to hear you had more success this season than I did.
