I did'nt put in for the draw but I have a D16 and an A22

I have a D16 too. I put in for 18 different tags in 10 different states. I have Arizona left and have not drawn a single tag. My buddy got lucky and drew Unit 36 in New Mexico (Unit 36 has potentially the largest Rocky Mountain Elk in the West). I do have a cow elk tag in New Mexico though.
