Campground or Cabin

It's my 8yr daughters last weekend of winter break and she wants to go camping lol its last minute but we're thinking of camping up in the mountains or staying in a cabin since its colder. Any one have any recommendations in campgrounds or cabin rentals? Im checking Airbnb and online but thought I'd ask you gentlemen as well.

We have used the green valley cabin rentals a few times for snow days. Lake Arrowhead usually has some rentals also that are a little more private. Most of them are peoples vacation homes they rent out when they are not using them but book up in advance when big bear gets a-lot of snow. We usually book in Oct-Nov and just hope there will be snow when we get there.

It’s cold up in the hills right now. I know the cabins up in the Lagunas by the Blue Jay Lodge are relatively inexpensive and fun.

Lake Henshaw has cabins & a campground....The cabins are old, but they're very homey and comfortable...I love cabin 13....lol

Try the tiny village in Mount Laguna, nice and cozy, restaurant nearby and tons of trails to hike and explore. All the campgrounds in Laguna are closed right now.
