Exactly....Followed with a couple dry paper towels and then an oiled one.Lookin good. I really want one of those flat top griddles. How's cleanup with those? Just squirt some water and scrape?
Mike,
Looks great......A little off topic, but mentioning the grill, I bought one of those grill mats.....They're the one's that are on info commercials all the time. Anyway, I thought I try one, when I saw them at Wal-Mart ($9.95).....Best thing I've bought in a long time.....Cleans up in seconds, leaves grill marks, and no flame up even with bacon wrapped doves.....I'm buying a 2nd one.....
Looking good Mike. Definitely a nice piece of cooking equipment for sure...
That thing is not doing your lovely figure any favors though!
And I get his hand me down camo cloths...............
for a cheaper and easier alternative, I bought a griddle/grill at a Walmart about 8 years ago that goes on the burners on the stove. When finished wash it off and put it back on the shelf until next time.
