Cleaning out the ducks

Cleaned out the ducks tonight. Had a few greenwing teal, a pintail, a redhead, and 2 bandtail pigeons that got pan fried in some bacon grease and butter with rosemary and served with baked potatoes. And of course some bourbon. Here's the before and after.

Was awesome. I packaged the redhead with the pin so I couldn't tell which was which when they went into the pan but it was all delicious.
