Went out to eastern Oregon with my brother in law and son in law to shoot “sage rats”. They’re little ground squirrels that infest alfalfa fields. Guide set us up on an elevated shooting platform for what becomes essentially a cartoonish shooting gallery with live targets. Super fun day. Burned 200 rounds of .17 ammo. On the way back to civilization we stopped and glassed some rocky buttes on BLM land and I was able to nail a rock chuck at 119 yards. Pretty cool habitat out east, saw pronghorn, wild horses, eagles. IMG_2425.jpegIMG_6096.jpegIMG_4475.jpegIMG_4486.jpegIMG_2421.jpegIMG_2417.jpegIMG_2418.jpeg
