So I want to start decoying ducks this year. What decoys do you recommend also what lines and weights. How many should I buy 3 dozen? I have never decoyed ducks always just jump shoot them. I will be lay down blind hunting Henshaw probably on a weekly basis starting the end of November.

Without writing a book the likes of War & Peace, 3 dozen widgeon decoys is a start.....We put out huge spreads at Henshaw.....Old rule of thumb.....Small water, small spread.....Big water, big spread.

ps.....The pic doesn't show the 6 dozen full bodies & silos on the beach......;)
