I think I was too tired. Had you waited another 20+ days you would have made the 1yr mark.Man you really butchered those fillets. Did you use a hacksaw?
Thanks, I brush the sushi with a light coat of coconut cream or oil. Some people use peanut oil on it.Well done for sure! What are you using the coconut cream for?
