Wife’s brother bought two. One for him the other for his 12 year old son.
3 weeks later BIL breaks fibula and tibia; requiring surgery, Day after his surgery his son broke his arm requiring surgery.

E bikes are two very separate animals. Push to go and pedal assistance. The push to go bikes are more or less electric motorcycles. They have shit for suspension and even worse brakes. The class 1 pedal assist emtb are built with the best mountain bike gear made. You can go fast down hill and not die, unless you suck then you are dead both ways

Your odds of getting a fat ticket are less on the emtb but they are still banned in a lot of places (nf). Emtb more or less double your output. You climb like lance Armstrong. Emtb are the best selling bikes made at the moment and I hope it won't be long before they are legal everywhere
