Elk Jerky and Meat Sticks

Cabelas peppered jerky marinade, some sliced leg and some ground turned into my first attempt at sticks. Smoked on the Pit Boss for 4 hours, loved both. Barbary shoulder on the long smoke.

Love the Pit Boss, super easy to use. Barbary came out really tough even though i went low and slow with bacon and foil wrap. Meat sticks were a hit at work today.

Yeah Steve I'll try it, and this is Kenny, Matt is still only a bird killer, but im trying to get him to come to Colorado this year to change that. Lol
