Elk steaks with morel risotto

Went turkey hunting with my daughter Sunday evening and we didn't see or hear any birds but I did find my first sheds and stumbled upon a small patch of morels.

Made some elk steaks for dinner and a morel risotto with a side of asparagus. Came out pretty damn good. Never made a risotto before.

Haha will do bud! I cooked it with shallots and fresh garlic but want to mess around with making it different ways.
