I made these Elk Crunch wrap supremes..they were killer. Wife and daughter asked for them 2 nights in a row.



Also made these Elk Smash Burgers with Jalapeño Bacon Jam..I have made these multiple times over the last few weeks and they are a hit! The guys in my fellowship group all said it was the best burger they've ever had.
