Nothing more fun than hunting Turkey on private property in SD County... ;D

Yeah. Now how do I get access ???? These birds crossed the road in front of my truck last night going from one private ranch to another. I don't know the people who live there. I wonder if they find the turkeys a nuisance?

Doesn't hurt to be there when one or both of your kids politely ask permission... ;D

Guys,

I asked permission last night from the ranch owner. Turns out we know some of the same peeps. They gave me the go ahead for archery only. I didn't even bring my kids. Go figure? I guess the old saying is true: "Ask and you shall receive."

Its just getting past the fear of rejection. (I've had a bit of that lately too.)
