Ahh..Big Head Betty...took a trip to the cooler....she will be wrapped in Taro leaves with all the fixings and go into the ground for a slow Hawaiian style cook for Tomorrow's event ..I'm just gonna stand there and watch and do absolutely nothing...I'm good at that...well that and opening gates and pointing..and if need be..carrying empty water bottles back to the truck! It's a real thing...I've perfected it .
