They need to do a little more than kick him out. He threatens the United States with his funding of all these protests. These protests aren't about democracy, they are about chaos and destabilizing our country.

I hate to see anyone desecrate the flag, and I applaud that guy for doing the decent and courageous thing (without anyone resorting to violence on either side).
But money for political activities is considered free speech by SCOTUS. Newt Gingrich applauded their most recent ruling on it, as I recall. I support the first amendment even when seeing it expressed causes me annoyance, as often happens when I read diatribes on this forum.

1st Amendment right my a$$......Burning the flag of your country is treasonous in my book!......And I don't care what the supreme court ruled.....If the supreme court libs had their way, we wouldn't have a 2nd Amendment either!......

.
1st Amendment......Constitution of United States of America 1789 (rev. 1992)
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Easy there, big fella. I'm just pointing out that it was the conservative members of the court, Scalia in particular, who protected money for political action. See link:

But I have to say it's a little funny to think you agree with most libtards in this case.

Don,

With all due respect.......What does that have to do burning the American flag?

And me agreeing with anti-gun, anti-hunting, enviro wacko, mooching socialist libs?........Just blew milk thru my nose........:joy:

All I know is that my kids will never step on that flag and they will be the ones to step in and put it out. Whether Democrat or Republican we have failed our youth and this is the result. I believe we are beginning to see a swing in our country towards patriotism once again.
