First D5 experience

I moved to northen california from San Diego. I went with D3-5 tag and i made it out to D5. I wanted to share a few pics of how beautiful it is and different. Its re learning everything. I am enjoying the change and challenge. 3 days i saw 2 does and 1 buck! A nice 3x4.

yeah the country up north is so much nicer then the burnt brown we have down here in most areas. But then I live in the desert.

Any secret spots or areas i should scout?

There are so many deer up there. Pick a spot with the right ingredients and you'll see deer. I have friends that still hunt those secret spots.

Saw some bucks. I passed up a small fork about 40yrds. Will be back looking for a bigger deer. It was a huge confidence boost.
