Flying Euros?

Being and Newbie this may be a dumb question but here goes.
There are quite a number of doves around our neighborhood that look like Euros. When they fly they make a soft screeching sound instead of the sound the morning doves make. Do the Euros sound like that flying or am I hearing some other bird?

The males make kind of a hissing sound when trying to attract hens (they also coo)........Light colored & square tails........Much larger than a mourning doves.
