Forest closure question

I understand the National forest Is closed for a week as of last Monday. But from my research it tells me that campgrounds, trail heads, and basically any parking is closed. But I can not find anything on entry nor hunting. So how can they stop entry into public land? I May be alittle fortunate that I can walk into the forest so how can I find out if this is legal. Without defending myself, that it is my right? That’s not a battle I feel I want to fight on my own but I can not reach anyone by phone. Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure the legality of CNF, but there were guys hunting on BLM and a wildlife area this morning here in San Diego.

I understand the reason And I do not disagree, but you nor any one else can take my rights. I’m not another dipshit in this damn world like the majority, so who gives the right to take our land. It sure ain’t you bud. So chill a bit I’m asking legality because this is not right. And we all decided to just sit back and be a sheep. There is something wrong there.

Legality wise its closed enforceable by federal law due to public safety cant put it any similar for you

You still don't have a right to access public land. So that argument fails. You have a need to access it.

My guess is full closure till Oct

Yes, yes let's further limit and criminalize normal legal activities in the name of public safety. California is the greatest state in the union because they have my back and they know whats best for me, keeping my best interests is thier number one priority.

Let's not start that again. We all know how screwed up the state is. Why do you think there's tens of thousands of people leaving the state every year? But then again why does this place seem so crowded?

That is true so very true. But what can we do to stop it? I don't think there's going to be anything we can do. I was really hoping the state would split in the three different states but that didn't happen. The only thing we have to hope for now is greater Idaho. Idaho Northern California Southern Oregon all become one state that's where I go

Yep I sure do bud. And no one can provide any proof that I have ask for.I appreciate the responses but I live for this time of year. I understand we are on fire, and I was on the fire lines 2010- 2012. But this is the first time the nf has shut down. People can say what they want that’s cool. Trust and believe if it was in the forest behind my house I wouldn’t think any different. So go ahead part timer talk your talk. And I’ll hold my ground. Pretty soon the forest we love will be closedown to people period it’s gonna take awhile. But at least I’ll fight the good fight while I can
