Got out at first light a little later than I'd like but came straight from work. This morning had a nice chill, but still haven't had any visitors to my first sit of the season. Very stale too, absolutely no wind movement at all.

Got out at first light a little later than I'd like but came straight from work. This morning had a nice chill, but still haven't had any visitors to my first sit of the season. Very stale too, absolutely no wind movement at all.
Not yet, but the poison oak leaves are almost gone, it's thinning out underneath, the acorns should be on the ground soon.
Sat till 10 and nothing came by.
Checked my camera and had a lot of visitors over the last 4 weeks. No monsters, but a couple legal bucks, and also found a rub.

Had a doe come into 22yds yesterday at 9am, checked her out for about 30 minutes, within 40 yds.
There's nothing like being that close to deer and them having no clue you are there.

It's starting to get exciting, got some more dudes hanging around. Last guy is very interesting!!!
