Tonights dinner was wild game sauce and pasta. Ground lean elk, wild pig hot Italian sausage with fresh home grown basil, sliced fresh organic mushrooms and a bulb of garlic. Topped with aged pungent Romano cheese and served with Dudey's jalapeño cheddar cheese buttered bread. All washed down with a bottle of 2017 19 Crimes red wine. It goes down as meals that don't suck!
