A tall forky just came by 20 yards from the stand @5:35 (20 mins ago).
Day two begins. Raining. When it stops, it should be active.
We had quite a few deer moving through today. I had 2 deer come by one larger buck but he came in behind me and then bolted. My two other buddies has 6 or so deer come through but no shooters. Tomorrow brings a new day. I will be hunting a different stand in the morning.
We went out for catfish, hushpuppies and coleslaw tonight. I did not suck!
We came back early today (about noon). And @justmy game's dad insisted I shoot a doe in his yard. So be it. I did not want to disappoint him.
Hopefully we see some nice bucks tomorrow.

Pond raised or wild caught catfish? deep fried I hope for you, I have come the like the pond raised as the flavor is better to me. What no collard greens, black eyed peas or fried okra or deep fried green tomatoes? Also you didn't have soft serve ice cream ? I'm gonna write "Just my game" a ticket for not getting you out on the flavors of the south. Along with that you gotta go get some whole hog barbaque. The south is all about the food that will kill you soon but once in awhile is OK. Get after it ! Also you need to have him take you somewhere that serves Brunswick stew. When in Rome do like the Romans...

Raining again this morning. A little cooler than yesterday. The best action seems to come around 8:00 - 8:30 in the morning. A couple of big deer showed up on the cameras last night early AM.
