I shared my buddy's story to show we didn't need this law.......this law would not have stopped the Santa Barbra shooting which is why it was first proposed. Knee jurk reaction to make the politician look good.

The courts will figure it out.....it's only a matter of time before it gets abused and goes to court

read the amendments. these laws like posted in my original post are unconstitutional. this a republic.
this is an other law that is not warranted. it just an other tool by the socialist fascism government to disarm the legal. law abiding gun owners. just like they have in every other country except for the USA & Switzerland. this is part of the UN agenda 21which the secretary of state has signed, but has not been ratified by congress. if this treaty if it gets signed all Americans will be disarmed.

read the Constitution carefully & study it because it concerns all who bear arms.
then study the UN agendas.

make jokes all you want, but this serious business to a lot of Americans.

pick your sides wisely.

You're right Ghost it's not funny. Any law that gives the government more power and takes rights away from the citizens
is Not Funny. Problem is that the government seems to be picking up steam in that direction.
