Buddy took a Buffalo last year and has hundreds of pounds of meat :). This was New York strip steaks from that beast served with grilled Romain salad drizzled with blue cheese vingerette and a baked potato...Not too bad.

I drizzle a little olive oil on the half add salt and pepper and grill flat side down for just a few minutes...a little grill mark and to heat the lettuce then roll over for another minute or so on the backside. Add vinegrette while still warm. Wifey cut hers up, I just pick up the whole thing and eat it. Just a different twist on a salad. I have also done this with bacon bits added.
