How did you cook that backstrap ? Did a fine job!Grilled up some D16 backstrap with some chiles, parmesan potatoes, and a cold Pupil. It did not suck.

I keep it simple.. seasoned with sea salt and cracked pepper and onto a hot charcoal grill. Top it with a dollop of Kerrygold butter and let it rest before slicing thin. MmmmHow did you cook that backstrap ? Did a fine job!
