Henshaw and Sutherland

After Otto got his gobbler early, we hit Lake Henshaw and Sutherland...Both lakes are really up and the bass are on the beach and in the brush...Senko's are lure of choice...Otto did get one on a fluke.

I haven't heard of a single crappie caught...The storied years of El Cap have long since been lost...It may be that Henshaw and Sutherland to lesser degree are headed in the same direction...

Thanks for the check back on the crappie I was hoping it would get going this year when some stable weather settled in but that hasn't happened. I had a few great days last year but it was over quick and the blue stoning of the lake is never a good thing for panfish.
